There is something incredibly special about photographing the same families through different seasons of life. It’s one of the greatest joys of being a photographer, and sessions like this one remind me why I love what I do so much.

I’ve had the privilege of photographing their engagement session and their wedding back when I was still shooting weddings for myself. Brookelyn was even a bridesmaid in a wedding I shot prior to hers! From the very beginning, they were the kind of couple you instantly adore—kind, genuine, and so clearly in love. Their wedding day was filled with so much joy, and it has been such a gift to stay connected with them ever since.

So when I heard they were welcoming a baby girl into their family, I was absolutely thrilled.

This spring session was the first time I got to meet sweet baby Hallie, and she was just as precious as could be. Watching Brookelyn and Zach step into this new season of parenthood was incredibly heartwarming. The same love and tenderness they shared on their wedding day is now wrapped around this beautiful little girl.
